1983 Land Rover Defender 

This is the first year of manufacture of the 110 and is one of only twelve built by Land Rover Special Vehicles Unit for the Camel Trophy Brazil Race 1984. It is Team Italy 2. Team Italy won the Brazil Race. It has been sympathetically restored. It is in great running and driving condition. Exceptionally good condition for the year and the history. I purchased it from a representative of the original owner who was Sandro Diamante, the driver of the 84 Camel Trophy. The truck still has the original Italian license plate as well as the original owner registration in its Red vinyl 1984 packet. Supporting documentation Land Rover Certificate of Authenticity as well as Italian documents. The truck was imported in 2017 and currently has a clear South Carolina title. Located in Charleston SC. This is a piece of history. A great showpiece.
